About Hospice
A Change of Seasons Hospice provides compassionate care, comfort, and support to those nearing the end of life. Hospice is not giving up, its living each day to it’s fullest.
We believe that bringing truly compassionate care to those nearing end of life makes all the difference in the world. It is our mission to provide patients, their loved ones, and community with serene, spiritual and compassionate end of life care.
What is Hospice?
Why Hospice?
Hospice Treats you, not the disease. The focus is on care, not cure. You and your family’s medical, social, emotional and spiritual needs are addressed by a team of hospice professionals and volunteers.
Hospice considers your entire family as the “unit of care”; it will help you and your family make choices about end-of-life issues and enable you to have greater control over these choices.
Please feel free to contact our office at anytime.
Our friendly staff will be delighted to answer any questions you may have.
