How it Started?
Seasons Change Home Health was established in 1994 by Charlotte Braun who was inspired by her grandmother, Edith Karle. As proprietor of Karle Adult Foster Care Home in Bay Port, Michigan, Edith devoted her life to caring for those in need through her Adult Foster Care services. After attending Northwood University, Charlotte Braun returned home to assist her ailing grandmother with the Adult Foster Care Home. Charlotte continued with Edith’s life mission to care for individuals in need and expanded those health services.

A Change of Seasons Hospice provides compassionate care, comfort, and support to those nearing the end of life. Hospice is not giving up, its living each day to it’s fullest.

Our Mission is to provide the best quality care to our patients who are elderly and disabled. As an agency, we will promote living with dignity for all our patients by maintaining the highest quality care standards and by anticipating and reacting to the individual needs of each patient.
