What is Home Health Care?
Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing is provided by our experienced, highly skilled and compassionate nursing team under the direction of your physician. Comprised of RNs and LPNs our nurses coordinate each patient’s care based on their individual needs, and are on-call 24 hours a day for consultation.
In addition, they educate their patients and their families about treatment options, ensure medication education and compliance, perform wound care, manage IV therapy, disease management, perform health status assessments, and much more.
